Biopolymers
Biopolymers are an innovative, plant-based alternative to conventional plastics, offering a biodegradable and renewable solution for sustainable packaging. Derived from natural sources such as corn starch or sugarcane, these materials decompose naturally without leaving harmful residues.
At BioApply, we prioritize traceability and environmental responsibility. Our biopolymers are certified for food contact, ensuring safe and environmentally friendly use. By choosing biopolymers, you contribute to reducing CO₂ emissions and plastic pollution while supporting a circular economy.

Wood fiber
Certified sustainable, the wood used is sourced from Central and Western Europe and comes exclusively from sustainable forests. During the production process, the wood is chipped to extract the cellulose. This cellulose is transformed into a strong and elastic material, used and woven to make nets.
Our cellulose is certified carbon neutral and 100% renewable. Our wood fiber solutions are recyclable and compostable.
The feel and visual effect are similar to cotton, even though wood fiber is significantly superior in terms of ecological impact.

PLA
PLA is a fully biodegradable thermoplastic polymer made from renewable raw materials. PLA is plant-based and comes primarily from corn starch. It is a certified "food contact" material.

Paper treated with vegetable wax
Being able to be developed to measure, this technology can be associated with PLA,
especially when adding a window to a bag, for example. This solution is TÜV OK Compost Home certified.

Recycled paper and grass mix
At BioApply, we guarantee a composition without any solvents, which makes the product 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
The material making up BioGrass is a real innovation; made from certified sustainable recycled kraft and dried grass (+25%), it is a real ecological alternative to standard kraft bags.
Very common, kraft paper bags are still too often not recycled, not certified or produced with inks and glues containing solvents.
The visual and tactile feel are distinct from traditional paper solutions. Each product and each bag are unique.
